Thank you for your interest in improving the Residence Hall Association. We strive to be the best but understand that as the times change so does the need of our constitution.

Instructions: Please complete the following form to outline your legislative proposal and justification for the amendment to the constitution.

Submission: Completed forms must be submitted by no later than 5:00pm seven (7) days prior to the meeting at which you intend to propose for an amendement to the constitution. Upon submission, you will be contacted to schedule your proposal date.
