This registration page is designed for submission of written testimony for the first Advisory Committee hearing on December 9, 2013 in Bismarck, North Dakota (theme: American Indian Children Exposed to Violence in the Home) and/or to request the opportunity to provide oral testimony at that hearing. Please note that the December 9th hearing is open to the public. Prior registration is not required to attend the hearing, but prior registration is required in order to submit written testimony and/or request the opportunity to provide oral testimony. There will be an opportunity to submit written testimony and request the opportunity to provide oral testimony at the three other hearings in early 2014 including Phoenix, Arizona (theme: Juvenile Justice Response to American Indian Children Exposed to Violence); Fort Lauderdale, Florida (theme: American Indian Children Exposed to Violence in the Community); and Anchorage, Alaska (theme: Alaska Native Children Exposed to Violence).

Please note that you need to register here by noon Eastern time on Friday December 6, 2013, in order to consider your request to provide oral testimony and to ensure that your written testimony is provided to the Advisory Committee in advance of the hearing. Registrations for oral testimony will be accepted on a space available basis. Oral testimony will be limited to 5-7 minutes and will not be allowed without prior registration. Please bring photo identification and allow extra time prior to the meeting for your arrival.
