Waiver Statement: I waive all claims against Duncanville Fieldhouse (DFH) as well as GreaterThan Empire (GT) and agree to abide by all the rules of DFH and tournament rules. I release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify, save, and hold harmless GreaterThan and DFH from all liability claims, demands, losses, or damages caused alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of DFH or otherwise.
